A fresh new voice!

Colby Sappington, senior quarterback for the Lewisburg High School Patriots, sustained a torn MCL (medial collateral ligament) during the team’s Aug. 20 loss at North Pontotoc. Sappington, the son of former Olive Branch High School quarterback Donnie Sappington, was injured when he was hit on the knee by another player’s helmet. Additional tests have been scheduled to determine if Sappington will be able to return to action this season.
