OBPD Crime Watch Notes Incidents Reported Sunday, Aug. 15

 

 

12436 - Petit Larceny - Hacks Cross Rd. @ Hwy. 178 12 noon

A 27-year-old victim reported that about 75 gallons of fuel was stolen from the Peterbilt flatbed truck he parked on a vacant lot on Friday night.  He returned Sunday around noon and realized that the fuel had been taken. No damage was done to the truck.

 

 

12445 - Grand Larceny - 5700 Block of Malone Rd. - 3:02 p.m.

A 35-year-old victim reported that her jewelry box with a few pieces of jewelry was missing. She suspects someone she had over doing some work in her home. 

 

 

12446 - Shoplifting - WalMart @ 7950 Craft Goodman Frontage Rd. - 3:15 p.m.

Wal-Mart Loss Prevention reported that it had detained a 31-year-old female for concealing female clothing items such as shirts in her purse and paying for other items, but not the concealed ones. She was arrested on the scene.

 

 

1245 - Credit Card, Use to Defraud - 9100 Block of Pigeon Roost - 4:44 p.m.

A 48-year-old victim noticed a fraudulent charge on his credit card and cancelled the card.  The $1,792 charge was made to a cleaning service in Canada. 

 

 

OBPD officers also made arrests for Suspended Driver's License (one) and Public Drunk (one).
