11420 - Attempted Burglary - 7354 Heatherwood Cv. - 9:23 a.m. It was reported that last night someone tried to break into the concession stand at the Eastover Pool. Unknown suspects damaged the back door of the concession stand and opened it, but nothing appeared to be missing.
11422 - Malicious Mischief - 7300 Block of Pecan Meadow Dr. - 9:59 a.m. A 65-year-old female reported vandalism to her 1999 black Honda Accord. The victim advised that she had last seen her car at about 10 p.m., the night of the 28th. When she heard her dog barking she looked out into the driveway and saw juveniles walking down the street. The victim went to leave the morning of the 29th at approximately 7:30 a.m. and noticed a tampon taped to her driver's side window, a broken glass in her driveway, and a broken egg on the windshield of her car.
11427 – Auto Burglary - 7500 Block of Hummingbird -11:34 a.m. A 31-year-old male reported that sometime between the hours of midnight and 7:45 a.m. on this date, his vehicle, a 1997 Ford Taurus wagon was burglarized. He stated that all doors were locked however the rear hatch does not latch securely at times. The following items were taken: Dell 1520 laptop computer, white in color (unknown serial #) valued at approximately $600; backpack-style computer bag, black in color (unknown make/model) valued at approximately $80; FTR touch court reporting machine with m-audio mixer (serial #6010060143), Olympus DS-5000 professional dictation recorder (approximate value $500); audio microphone (Lanier) gold in color (approx. value $100); color video camera (surveillance) white in color (approx. value $100); and USB video capture device (Dazzle) white in color (approx. value $70).
11437 - Identity Theft - 7800 Block of West Sandidge Rd. - 4:56 p.m. A 24-year-old male reported that someone had stolen his personal information and rented two apartments in his name. He stated that about three weeks ago he went to Annandale Apartments to lease an apartment, but they couldn't lease one out to him because he had two things that were in collections on his credit. When he ran his own credit he saw where two apartments, both located in Georgia, had been opened in his name.
14447 – Burglary - 9400 Block of Plantation Rd. - 6:19 pm A 46-year-old male reported a burglary stating that entry was made through his back door being forced open. He stated that his 25-inch Westinghouse widescreen DVD combo (Serial # 5010061700), a Nikon Coolpix digital camera (serial # 6mm75611-03-5) and a flip digital video recorder (serial # unknown) were missing.
