02854-Malicious Mischief- 6200 Block of Chickasaw St. - 9:26 a.m.
Complainant reported that unknown person(s) had broken the window on his work truck with a beer bottle. He stated that it occurred sometime during the night.
02858-Grand larceny- Material Delivery Service @ 7065 Hwy. 178 - 8:40 a.m.
Complainant reported that 200 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from company trucks over the weekend. A driver for the company reported seeing a male black driving a blue freightliner (Tennessee tags) get out of his vehicle and was walking around the company vehicles. The suspicious person left immediately after seeing the driver. The company is reviewing surveillance videos for OBPD.
02865-Cyberstalking- 7300 Block of Hamilton Cir. W. - 12:32 p.m.
Complainant reported that a subject is posting negative comments about his business on Craig’s list. He stated the subject posting the comments is upset with him over money owed to him. Detectives are looking at the posts to see if it is a criminal or civil matter.
02871-Burglary-9200 Block of Brooks Dr. - 1:38 p.m.
OBPD was contacted by real estate agents in regards to a house being broken into. They stated the homeowner was away so they were reporting it. The back door was kicked in and a front window was broken out. Nothing appeared to be missing from the residence and the homeowner was notified by phone.
02866-Malicious Mischief- Annandale Apts. @ 10862 Nichols Blvd. - 2:15 p.m.
Complainant reported that she observed a large-framed juvenile throwing eggs at her window. She stated that this wasn’t the first time she had witnessed this. Responding officers found the suspect’s address and spoke to the father, who stated that the 15-year-old juvenile was visiting and no longer there.
02878 - False Pretense-6500 Block of Branch Rd. S. - 3:03 p.m.
Complainant reported that she discovered several movies ordered on her Directv. account without her knowledge. She stated that the telephone used to order them was an ex-boyfriend’s.
02280- Shoplifting- Wal-Mart @ 7950 Craft Goodman Frontage Rd. - 4:24 p.m.
Wal-Mart Security reported that a male subject took a DVD player and a TV from the store without paying for them. The total amount of the items was $392.64. The suspect was in a Blue Monte Carlo with Arkansas tags registered to a West Memphis address.
02285-Identity Theft - Plantation Apts. @ 9305 State Line Rd. - 6:24 p.m.
Complainant reported that her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend has been sending her threatening phone calls and e-mails along with attempting to obtain several credit cards in her name.
Officers also made arrests for one DUI, three Suspended Drivers Licenses and one Contempt of Court.
