01903 - Disorderly Conduct - IHOP @ 7768 Craft Goodman Frontage Rd. - 1:33 p.m.
A 19-year-old female contacted the OBPD to file a report in regards to an 18-year-old female acquaintance who had threatened her at IHOP. She also stated the suspect came by her work and made several threatening gestures toward her.
01910 - Possession of Marijuana - Magnolia Community Park @ 10113 Oak Leaf Dr. - 4:16 p.m.
While on patrol OBPD officers checked three 17-year-old male juveniles and discovered that they were in possession of and had been smoking Marijuana. All three were placed into custody and transported to the OBPD where they were issued juvenile summons arrests.
01911- Malicious Mischief- Magnolia Community Park @ 10113 Oakleaf Dr. - 4:43 p.m.
OBPD officers patrolling the Magnolia Park observed three juvenile males (17, 16 and 16 years of age) skateboarding on property that was marked “No Trespassing.” Officers also discovered damaged to the property caused by the skateboarders. The suspects were cited with juvenile summons arrests.
01914 - Shoplifting - Wal-Mart @ 7950 Craft Goodman Frontage Rd. - 6:35 p.m.
A Loss Prevention officer at Wal-Mart detained a 26-year-old female for shoplifting. The earrings valued at $13.91 had been concealed by the suspect in her purse.
OBPD officers made two arrests for DUI and one arrest for No Drivers License.
