OBPD Crime Watch Notes - Incidents Reported Tuesday, Feb. 2

01535 – Willful Trespass/Violation of Probation – 9366 Sandidge Rd. E. – 8:21 a.m.
A 14-year-old male received a Juvenile Summons for Willful Trespass/Violation of Probation for being on school grounds while under suspension.

01536 – Disturbing the Peace – 7600 block of Sandidge Rd. – 8:29 a.m.
A caller reported a male subject yelling in the front yard and playing loud music outside in a vehicle. A 51-year-old male was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace.

01546 – False ID Information – Wal-Mart @ 7950 Craft Goodman Frontage Rd. – 12:43 p.m.
An officer while on a traffic stop with a suspicious vehicle was given false identity information. The 26-year-old male was arrested and charged with False ID Information. The driver, a 26-year-old female, was also arrested and charged with driving on a Suspended Drivers License.

01556 – Petit Larceny – 6700 block of Sassafras Dr. – 5:29 p.m.
A 51-year-male reported that two juveniles between the ages of seven and 10 entered his residence while his son was home and took two Capri Sun drinks.

01558 – Malicious Mischief – 6700 block of Oak Forest Dr. – 5:47 p.m.
A 50-year-old female reported that the “For Sale” sign that holds flyers for her house was broken and the pieces spread around the yard with an estimated damage of $60. The victim believes the damage occurred overnight.
