OBPD Crime Watch Notes - Incidents Reported Thursday, Feb. 18

02296 - Discharging a Firearm in the City Limits- Chateau Ridge Subdivision- 12:24 a.m.
OBPD was dispatched to the Chateau Ridge subdivision in regards to shots being fired from a vehicle. Responding officers found the vehicle involved traveling on Hwy. 178. It was stopped and the two suspects were taken into custody. The weapons involved were placed into evidence.

02315 - Embezzlement- 8110 Camp Creek Blvd. - 3 p.m.
Management reported that an employee had embezzled over $16,000 by failing to deposit funds made by the store.

02321 -Malicious Mischief- 10000 Block of Palmer Dr. - 4:37 p.m.
A 46-year-old male reported that the rear tire of his 1998 Ford Contour had been slashed.

02329 - Threatening Text Message- 10400 Block of Stephenson Lane- 6:12 p.m.
A 12-year-old girl reported receiving a threatening text message sent by an unknown person.

02344 - Petit Larceny- 7300 Block of Heatherwood Cv. - 10:07 p.m.
A 44-year-old male reported that his single axle 5-x-12 black pull behind trailer had been stolen between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. The trailer was solid black with a 5-x-12 mesh floor, with fold-down gate .single axle with one flat spare tire. The right lens did not work; the left lens was broken but the light worked,

(1) one arrest for no drivers license
(2) one for suspended license
(3) (2) two arrests for contempt of court
(4) (1) one arrest for DUI (first)
