OBPD Crime Watch Notes - Incidents Reported Wednesday, Jan. 27

01235 - Burglary-Commercial Building - 4000 Block of Royal Place - 5:35 p.m.
Complainant reported to the OBPD that someone has broken into a residence and stolen over $10,000 worth of household fixtures from the residence. He stated that the house is in foreclosure and that cabinets, light fixtures, dishwasher and a stove were removed from the residence. He believes the former home owner took the items.

01237- Contempt of Court - 6000 block of Cambridge Dr. - 6:34 p.m.
Officers responded to a call of a disturbance on Cambridge Dr. Upon arrival they made contact with a representative of Bail Bonding Company who advised they had attempted to pick up a suspect who had failed to show up for court and had barricaded himself inside the residence. Responding officers made contact with the homeowner who advised the officers that she didn’t want the suspect inside her residence. Officers spoke to the officers who talked to the suspect who surrendered himself without incident.
