The University of Mississippi Athletic Association (UMAA) Foundation is initiating a fundraiser to assist the family of football player Bennie Abram in paying for final arrangements.  Contributions may be made directly to the UMAA Foundation by calling (662) 915-7159 and identifying the purpose of the contribution.

Abram, 20, of Southaven, passed away last Friday afternoon.

Services will be held Monday, March 1, at noon at Brown Baptist Church, 980 East Stateline Road in Southaven. Visitation is set for Sunday, Feb. 28, from 5 - 7 p.m. at
