A fresh new voice!

Northwest Mississippi Community College Board of Trustees member Bill Dawson (right) presents a plaque to Donald Massengale Jr. of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College for his service as chairman of the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior College Trustees (MACJCT) during the group's annual conference on July 9-11 at Beau Rivage in Biloxi. Dawson, who represents Marshall County on the college's board, served as vice-chairman of MACJCT last year and will serve as chairman of the organization for the next two years.
